No-Show Policy for Salon Appointments
Salon customers who have 2 consecutive No-Show appointments will be required to pre-pay all future appointments. Cancellations other than illness need to be made 24 hours in advance or are subject to a one hour missed appointment fee.
Hair Extension Free Consultation
This free consultation is a 30 minute appointment in which we discuss your goals, and custom match your hair type, texture and length. Custom hair orders range from $200-$1500. A deposit on custom hair products that we order for you will be collected in advance. If you are a good candidate and want to move forward, we set up an appointment to apply your extensions.
When you book your appointment, you will be asked to pay a $40 fee. This consultation fee reserves your appointment time and will be applied to your Extension Application cost or refunded if you decide not to move forward. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or if your consultation is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Hair Replacement Free Consultation
This free consultation is a 30 minute appointment in which we discuss your goals, and custom match your hair type, texture and other requirements. A deposit on custom hair products that we order for you will be collected in advance.
When you book your appointment, you will be asked to pay a $40 fee. This consultation fee reserves your appointment time and will be applied to your hair replacement costs or refunded if you decide not to move forward. Refunds are not provided for missed appointments or if your consultation is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
Custom Hair Pieces
All custom Hair Pieces are guaranteed for quality craftsmanship, durability and constructed according to all specifications regarding color, texture, curl and density according to your signed work order. If the product is defective or not compliant with the work order, we will gladly correct the issue at no cost to the customer. Custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable according to health regulations.
Stock Hair Pieces
Once a hair piece is purchased and you leave the salon, (unless defective) the merchandise is non-returnable. If ordered online, the same return policy applies. This is regulated by state and Federal health regulations.
Hair Care Products
If you receive products other than what you ordered or if your products arrive damaged or defective, contact us at info@FortMyersHairExtensions.com and we will issue you a return authorization. Once your return is received we will reship your order at no cost to you.
Hair Extensions Return Policy
Human Hair is non-refundable and may not be returned. This is due to health regulations as well as state and federal law. If your order is the wrong color and the package is UNOPENED, however; we will exchange it. Contact us at info@FortMyersHairExtensions.com for a return authorization. Once we receive the item, we will ship your replacement color.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping is free (standard shipping) on all orders of $150.00 or more. Standard shipping and handling on all other orders is $7.95. Twp day shipping is available on all order for $18.95.
